I had a little trouble with this one.  I don't often consciously break down my favorite *parts* of my favorite media, except perhaps in books and fanfiction.  I do have favorite Hannibal episodes (which anyone who's following me here will know I'm in up to my eyeballs with right now), but they're pretty much the same favorite episodes/scenes as the rest of the fandom has, so it doesn't feel particularly interesting to me to share them here.

Buuuuut then I remembered a particularly amazing canon media happening from a handful of years ago, and how light and happy the thought of it made me for days, and while it's a fandom that gets talked about a lot, it's not one *I* tend to bring up a lot except to reblog art on Tumblr, so, here you go:
